Recently, I was on my way to help pack up the family home in Maine and while I was traveling there, an object flew up on the turnpike roadway, smashed through my grill, front end and radiator. Once I was safely able to pull over, I called Jason who was able to process the tow truck, the rental car and the repair requests so I was able to keep going after a couple of hours.
